Description

Andrew is an International Lecturer and Consultant specialising in Sales Management, Marketing Management and Sales Process Optimisation. He is a Founding Fellow of the Institute of Sales Professionals with a special interest in Sales Process Optimisation, and is the Sales Mentor on the NatWest Accelerator at both Warwick University and Birmingham hubs, specialising in smaller companies.
He is the founder of Spotty Elephant crm which helps growing companies manage their sales and marketing processes without costing an arm, leg or even a trunk!

He is cohort leader at Middlesex University on the Masters in Sales Transformation and has taught sales management at a number of universities including Coventry, Warwick, Lodz University (Poland) and the German Business School in Tunisia.

He has over 20 years sales experience in the UK and 3 years in Saudi Arabia selling building materials. He moved to the US and studied Sales and Marketing for 4 years before returning to the UK to gain his MBA from the University of Leicester, (Dissertation on the use of Lean & Six Sigma in the Sales and Marketing Process), a Postgraduate Diploma in Sales Management from Portsmouth University, and a Cranfield Fellowship in Manufacturing Management (Project on the use of TRiZ and TOC in Sales Pipeline Management).
